• How It Works

Simple, personalised coaching

We start with where you are now, where you want to get to and what your training needs to fit around. From there, the process is simple.

1. Get in Touch

Tell me about yourself & your goals

Tell me a little about yourself, your goals and what you’re looking for from coaching. If it sounds like a good fit, we’ll arrange an initial consultation.

2. Initial Consultation

We talk through the full picture

We’ll discuss your goals, training history, schedule, previous injuries, available equipment and anything else that might influence your training. This gives me everything I need to build the right plan for you.

3. Your Personalised Plan

A clear, structured programme

I’ll build a clear, structured programme around your goals, current ability and the time you can realistically commit. You’ll know what you’re doing, why you’re doing it and what we’re working towards.

4. Train, Review, Progress

We take it from there

Start training and we take it from there. As you progress — or life changes — we adjust the plan and keep moving forward.

• Once You're Training

Delivered the way that fits how you train.

The plan and the support behind it stay the same how it’s delivered depends on whether you’re coached online or in person.

Online Clients

Your programme is delivered digitally with ongoing check-ins, feedback and coaching calls wherever you’re based.

In-Person Clients

We work through the programme together, session by session, at facilities in West London.

• General Coaching FAQs

Good to know before you get in touch.

Is the coaching fully online?

Online performance coaching and rugby performance coaching can be delivered fully online. I also offer face-to-face personal training in West London.

No. Your programme can be built around a commercial gym, home equipment or whatever facilities you have available.

Yes. Your programme starts from your current level and progresses from there.

In many cases, yes. I can adapt training around previous injuries or limitations where appropriate. For ongoing or more significant issues, I may recommend input or clearance from a physiotherapist or medical professional.

You don’t need to decide before getting in touch. Tell me what you’re looking to achieve and I can recommend the most appropriate option.
